It supplements our privacy policy. The rights described there, in particular access, erasure and objection, remain unaffected.
2. Your choice and the services in use
You can make your decision right here and change it at any time. Essential entries cannot be separated from operating the website and therefore cannot be switched off; everything else stays disabled until you consent.
Your choice is valid for twelve months, after which we ask again. When you withdraw, we delete the cookies belonging to the purposes you switched off. If a new service requiring consent is added, your previous choice expires as well.

Opens a chat or voice conversation when you ask for it and links your messages to the running session. The connection is only established once you start a conversation. At the provider ElevenLabs, conversations with Luna are kept only until the conversation ends, all others for 30 days at most; transcripts and audio are kept only if you agree during the conversation, and then solely on our server in Germany.

This service does not store anything on your device itself.
The voice assistant only places a session identifier on your device so that your messages can be linked to the running conversation. It expires as soon as you close the browser tab.
The conversation content itself is not a storage entry in your browser, but we mention it here for completeness: at ElevenLabs Inc., the provider of the speech technology, conversations with our AI assistant Luna are kept only until the conversation ends.
If you agree to storage during the conversation, we keep the transcript and, where applicable, the audio recording solely on our own server in Germany in our CRM system. Without your agreement we keep neither audio nor a transcript. Details, including the announcement in the phone menu, are set out in the privacy policy.
Independently of our consent management, you can review, delete individually or generally block cookies in your browser. Depending on the browser, the settings are found under "Privacy and security", "Site settings" or "Cookies and site data".
Please note: deleting the entries of this website also removes your stored privacy choice. We will then ask again on your next visit.
