2. Automatic reading (OCR)

Our advanced OCR technology reliably extracts text and numerical values from images. It accurately interprets printed fonts, handwriting, and even digital display advertisements, transforming them into structured digital information.

3. Intelligent assignment (AI)

The raw data that has been read out is transferred to a downstream artificial intelligence system. This AI automatically assigns the information to the correct data field in your system.

4. Control and release

At a PC workstation or on a cell phone/tablet, the employee compares the original photo with the automatically filled-in data fields on a single interface and approves them with a click. This “human-in-the-loop” principle combines automation with human reliability.
